The Belmar Library Outdoor Learning Area Expansion is a small 0.05 acre for Jefferson County Public Library. MES was tasked with designing the grading and civil infrastructure associated with the new learning area. The area was opened in the Summer of 2022 and if you swing by there you will see kids smiling and playing in a fun and safe environment!
