This is a 2.67 acre mixed-use commercial development which consists of a 10,800 s.f. office building and a 7,316 s.f retail building with a drive through. The proposed project is currently under design review by the city. The project required extensive coordination with the city regarding their expansion of Lake Sharon Drive and public utility changes. In addition, MES also coordinated with TxDOT with I-35 expansion and right-of-way dedications. Some of the challenges faced were the frontage driveway approval along I-35 access roads by the TxDOT and the City of Corinth. MES handled the Plan Development and approval process. MES designed a detention pond to handle proposed drainage as well as existing offsite drainage.
